Financial Overview:
This section contains the Division 12 STEP Association financials. Statements for each month will be accessible during the calendar year. Each monthly financial statement will contain the monthly balance sheet and a summary of the monthly financial activity. The December statement will include a year-end summary. The financial statements presented here began when the homeowners took over control of the HOA Board in June 2016.
